I went into Atlantic Toyota on 11/2 to look at a used 2009 Toyota Prius I had seen listed on their website. I was immediately greeted and taken care of upon entering the dealership. Amish answered all of questions and took the time to really show me around the car and it's many features. The price was great, and the car was in excellent condition, I was so excited to make the purchase. All the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and I was amazed at how helpful both Amish and Jack were. They made my life so much easier, by taking care everything- of the insurance, registration, inspection sticker, etc. I couldn't believe I was driving my new car off the lot less than two days after I came in for a test drive. The entire staff seemed truly excited for me about my new car. The enthusiasm and dedication of Atlantic Toyota was unmatched by any of the other dealerships I had visited. They seem to truly care about getting you in the right car. I am so happy about my new purchase, and so glad I purchased through a trustworthy dealership.

I felt extremely comfortable, well taken care of, listened to, and ultimately given an experience that still has me smiling! My salesperson, Shane, was top-rate; knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. He patiently explained things that I didn't understand. I did not feel pressured, was grateful to hear several options that would work for me, and am now driving a new Venza, which suits my needs perfectly and worked with the budget I had! This is the second new car I have purchased from Atlantic Toyota and both experiences have been excellent, from the initial greetings to service that I have had over the years. I do, and will continue to, recommend Atlantic Toyota to friends and family.

Although this is the second Avalon that we have owned, it was our first time buying a car at Atlantic Toyota. The staff, although attentive, did not apply a lot of pressure. Ron, our sales consultant, was courteous and eager to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Mr. Sharkey, the finance manager, thoroughly explained all the options that were available to us, effeciently prepared the paperwork and had it waiting for us when we went to pick up the car. The car, we think, was priced fairly. For all of these reasons, we would recommend Atlantic Toyota in Lynn, Massachusetts.

On Wednesday, June 16 my husband, Peter and myself visited Toyota Atlantic in Lynn, Massachusetts to speak to someone about either leasing or buying a vehicle for myself. My husband leased a Toyota Tacoma in February of this year and was impressed with Shane’s competence, expertise and diligence. His hard work and commitment is what brought us back to Toyota.
